7500's have SCSI 2 like my 9600. I get real world 2-4 MB/second between
volumes on my Seagate Barracuda Ultra160LW over the stock SCSI 2.
That's still too slow for good video (9-15 MB/s). You might want to
check out the "SCSI pages of doom" at MacGurus.com.
