Thanks for the info!

Do *you* use the Adaptec card?
Do you achieve at least 9-15 MB/s transfer rate with it?
According to the literature, this card should schieve 160 MB/s.
(I guess that is why they call it SCSI 160, huh?)

I am looking for such a solution because I aim to edit video.

Any further advice is appreciated!
