In video editing, I don't find this to be the case. Use of Warrior alone can still leave hiccups in files that absolutely work best when completely contiguous. I like running Warrior, then TechTool optimization, then Techtool Directory rebuild, then TechTool finder rebuild. Obsessive? Yes. Time consuming - absolutely. Effective? 100% failure proof thus far.
