Usually pressing the CUDA button will solve PCI issues. It should be 
pressed whenever something is added to or subtracted from the logic 
board. If that doesn't solve it you can try a hard reset by unplugging 
the Mac and removing the PRAM battery overnight. I had to do this 
recently with my 9600 after installing a PC card. Also, at least in my 
9600, some cards don't like some slots, especially with other cards 
installed. All six slots in my 9600 are occupied, and it took a bit of 
trial and error to find a stable order for the cards.
