Germain, Your friend may be confusing the 6500 with the 6200-6300 series, which were junkers for many reasons. Check out the road apple section of lowendmac.com for more info. Even though an IDE hard drive is used in these machines the rest of the devices are SCSI and there is the usual SCSI port on the back. Since you already have a 7200 you could get a 7500/7600 logic board from eBay cheap ($10-$20 U.S.) and install it into your 7200 case. I did this with my 7200/120. You will also need a processor card, but this will give you the excuse to find a g3/g4 upgrade.
