The site was written in .html code, not with a code translation program. I have Globetrotter, but haven't used it since I learned .html.
If you select Page Source the coding shows as basic Frames as has been used since frames first came into existence. Clicking on a link opens that link in a new window, even though the code lists "target" as "index". (The start up page) The strange thing is that the "links" page, which displays on the left side works. It also uses "index" as its "target". The code shows under Page Source identically in 4.x, 6 or 7. and even in I.E. It just doesn't display properly in NS 6/7. I guess I'll need to contact Mozilla.org and see if any other programers are having this problem and find out if the HTML standard has been changed.
