Mozilla 1.0.1 <Netscape 7.?>: Right frame doesn't load. Rather than blaming Mozilla/Netscape for the error, I'd look at the code's compliance with the HTML standard. What tools are you using to code with? If you find that the code is compliant, go to http://www.mozilla.org and enter a note in the bugs section.
