I upgraded from 4.7 - 7.0 - 7.01 and have not regretted it. Some people 
have problems but it is just about always fixable.
Netscape 7.01 comes with a popup killer and has a lot more email options 
than what your using. Plus is support style sheets correctly. I wish it 
would support more JavaScript than it does but I hope that will come in 
the next version. It still supports more HTML CSS and JavaScript than 
Netscape 4.7 so web pages show up correctly.
