For me it took a short time to download with a 350 KB/sec Internet 
Connection speed.

Loaded just fine in Netscape 7.01 and Internet Explorer just slower in IE

The Intellicast web page looked the same in Netscape and IE just loaded 
slower in IE. I didn't get any pop-ups with Netscape but got one in IE. 
I had the pop-up blocker turned on in Netscape. I never used iCab.
