The biggest advantage (in my opinion) of Netscape 7 over 4 is that Netscape 4 is not W3C DOM compliant, which can cause all kinds of random problems in viewing web pages. I also like the tabbed windows in Netscape 7. :)
I have found Netscape 7 to be a tad slow on my iBook/500 though. I agree with Art; get iCab.
