Is there some reason you are not using the built-in audio of the
9500? I've got OS x 10.2.4 and am using the built-in Audio of my
9600. The only problem I have is that Eudora blasts it's new-mail
alert, but other than that it is working fine. I used Xpostfacto to
install OS X. With iTunes 3 there are no audio problems.
