I've had mine for almost a year and have five computers that it routes to. It has NEVER locked up on me.

May I have some details? Exactly which make & model router? What vers firmware? How fast in the downstream pipe into it? What is your average load - ie, how much of the pipe is in use and how many tcp & udp connections are running thru it?
We ran into trouble in the models we tested when we had each client computer open more then two or three connections...
