My just-acquired 9600 came with an Applevision 1710 monitor that has an ADB pigtail on the connector. When I first fired it up it worked fine, then I changed to a higher resolution and the screen went black. I can't can't seem to get it to work right now. If I boot with the ADB connector plugged in, the screen stays black. It goes through the boot process and all, but I get no picture. If I power the monitor on and off from the front panel after it's booted and the screen is black, I can see a momentary flicker of the desktop when I flick the monitor on and off, but can't get it to stick on. If I boot up with the ADB connector unplugged I can get an image, but only at 640 x 480 resolution.
Any thoughts on how to proceed?
