Like everything in this world, we, both you and me, have to DEMAND that the solution that works be used. This is done by your calling and writing MICROSOFT and NETSCAPE and AOL and APPLE and YAHOO and all the rest, to tell them that SPAM is costing us all just too much time and money, and that there is in fact a GOOD SOLUTION available THE NEILL SOLUTION and that we want it put in place IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE DONATED THE NEILL SOLUTION TO SPAM TO THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, provided the name is used and proper credit is given to me, so it is FREE and no royalties will be coming to me for this fine solution. Yes, it does require a simple fix on all servers and all e-mail addresses, but your use is entirely OPTIONAL! Keep in mind, all providers are spending lots of cash on traffic and space to store SPAM that they do not want to have to provide. This costs them a lot of cash and headache. So, if you do decide to use it, and once it is in place, and you add your ANC KEYs to your e-mail accounts, ALL your SPAM will vanish overnight. Simply BULK delete all messages received in your PUBLIC BOX! Or program your public box to BOUNCE ALL MESSAGES! The procedure would be to inform each of your known sources of e-mail of your NEW E-MAIL FORMAT using your existing e-mail name ( the part in front of the @ part of your e-mail name ) of your NEW FORMAT. This is NOT different from e-mailing a friend to tell them that you now have a NEW e-mail address. Sure, to use THE NEILL SOLUTION, effectively there must be added to ALL E-MAIL ADDRESSES, the # sign followed by the ANC KEY you want to use for this category of messages, family, office, work, etc. BUT IF YOU DO NOTHING, you will STILL receive e-mail messages sent from everyone, INCLUDING SPAM, just as you do today in your GENERAL IN BOX. If you think these currently offered legal and report SPAMers systems will really work, then I suggest that you rethink the whole idea. Any SPAMer will ignore you or simply move off shore and you can do nothing, but continue to receive the 150 e-mails per day forever. BUT the moment the person paying for these e-mails DISCOVERS that they are NOT reaching ANY recipient, they WILL STOP SENDING THEM!!!!
