Not a definitive list of definitions but definition 5. is pretty much what you had in mind....
I take spam to be any unsolicited mass mailing of stuff. Variations I work with include 'friend-spam' (where a person with your e-mail addy in their book mails something they think is interesting to everyone they know - like a bad joke or something), 'porn-spam' (self-explanitory), 'virus-spam' (also), etc... ad infinitum :)
