This is part 2 of 2 parts
This wwill work:
Mr. Miles Libbey, Yahoo! Inc.
ALSO TO: Todd Blaschka, Terrell Karlsten, Rachel Kim/Cynthia Schott,
Mary Osako, Jessie Anderson
Subject: DomainKeys unfortunately, is not the panacea!
Dear Mr. Libbey:
DomainKeys and CallerID are both elements in the quest for control
of our e-mail SPAM problem. Unfortunately they do little for the
recipients, but do make the industry leaders feel better, since they
kinda know who is really sending all those e-mails.
I have studied this idea and conclude that it may well be an
important piece of information for the industry leaders, but
unfortunately, DomainKeys is much less important to me and the
public. Simply put, this is NOT what I want or need!
We have several exceptions that DomainKeys will have no effect upon.
Consider the SPAMMER that admits to his identity and location, so
what, the receiving system verifies the signature with the sender's
public key that is published in the public Domain Name System ("DNS")
and is therefor allowed to sent the e-mails that I still do not want.
Untold numbers of times I have clicked on the do not sent button,
only to find even more senders later.
Keeping in mind that the simplest is the best: what is needed here is
to put the POWER TO REJECT in the hands of the recipient, and that is
done with implementation of The NEILL SOLUTION using his ANC KEY
system. This ANC key is made up by the recipient, changed by the
recipient as often and as fast as is needed, should the Alpha-Numeric
Code KEY become compromised, which it surly will, allowing for a fast
and simple fix by the recipient. <Bill Neill

The DomainKeys and CallerID elements in comparison to the ANC Key
element are like having sex without a condom. Yes, he or she comes
from a fine family, lives in a clean house and all that stuff, but
when it comes down to the act, I still demand a condom of my choice.
This is because all the checks in the world will still not prevent me
from receiving e-mail I do not want, but if I change the ANC Key,
they will all bounce, period.
I wish you all well in your quest for the true identity of the
SPAMMER, but even with your success, I will still receive e-mail I do
not want, unless you also implement the NEILL SOLUTION using his ANC
Keys.
A hidden advantage to the use of the ANC Key system is the automatic
file system inherent therein by way of placing OFFICE45 messages in
the OFFICE folder and placing family12 in the FAMILY folder.
Kindly forward this to your staff for consideration and evaluation.
Please let us have what we want, implement the ANC Key: my e-mail
name followed by # and I will establish my keys immediately at
Yahoo.com:

Finally, I would appreciate being included in your e-mail list of
interested participants in this important issue.
Sincerely,
