My GV 56K V90 serial modem began acting up a couple of days ago. When I try to connect it more often than not gives a "number out of service" tone ie ---- ---- ---- ---- in the initialization stage.
Here now I've tried to connect perhaps 20 times...
My TCIP/IP & Remote Access CP settings are fine and it's not the modem script. It's not because a phone isn't properly hung-up either.
What does the verbose log say?
