Running an IDE ribbon from the PCI slots through the 7300 case to the front
bays can cause a problem if your'e not careful.

When sliding the cover back on because the ribbon cable can get pinched
where it runs over the metal cage inside the case. In my G3 DT case I put a
few strips of electrical tape over the part of the ribbon cable that could
get pinched to protect the ribbon.

I had 3 hard drives mounted in my G3 desktop with the CD & Zip drive using
an ATA card. In my G3 case I had room to mount the third drive vertically to
the side of the case next to the PCI slots so your 7300 may also have room
if your PCI cards allow room for it. If you mount the drive vertically it
should be formatted in that postion as well.
