Also, random quits of iCab make me dislike it, but not so much as my
not functioning NS.

Having used NS for almost 6 years I have never experienced it "not
functioning".
Glitchy at times but never" not functioning"
Perhaps a corrupt file?
Or IE stuff in the extensions?
Other conflicting extensions?
I love NS 7.0.2 on OS 9.1 Still haven't figured some things out but
it's the best yet.
