You are probably familiar with the platform I mentioned. It was
popular down that way.
I have an Opalvision board from down under. Love it. Wish the video
modules had come out before they went belly up.
I learned loads from that platform. It still influences my daily
computing like a Duckling being imprinted behaviorally.
I had loads more fun computing in the late 90s on it. Less power but
much greater "road Feel "
Very little in the way of the " Flow" used to make animations for
days at a time.
The interface was almost transparent. It was almost like thinking the
result into being.
Wish OSes were that way now.
I try to explain this to people and they have no idea what the hell
I'm talking about.
Someday I want to try UAE on a Mac but fear it will not be near the same.
