Hi all,
I am allowed unlimited on-line time, in periods of maximum three hours. I
usually spend 60 to 90 minutes on-line between 3pm and 5pm daily. However,
if I am still on-line at 5pm and not actively up- or downloading something,
I am cut off at exactly 5. Customer service tells me it is not them, and
can't explain how this happens (?). Can anyone suggest an explanation for
this and/or are there programs which can help maintain a connection. I
already have my email checked every 5 minutes, but it doesn't help.
