Hi Ann.  Regret to say that http://stopdrop.com/ hasn't worked in my case.  I was 
chopped off exactly on the hour once more
yesterday while using this URL.    Guess I will have to complain even more strongly to 
my ISP. There must be some problem
with their server at my local POP.
