A week or so ago, I sent in the request below........it was suggested that
I redownload Netscape Communicator 4.5 and that I empty my disk and memory
caches. I did all if this and thought it was all right. Now, the same
thing is happening again. The message appears at no one particular
time......it occurs when writing or reading email, when opening a website,
when working on genealogy, etc. The only difference in the message I am
receiving now and the one listed below is that it when I click on Details,
instead of saying NETSCAPE caused an invalid, etc, it now says that "WINDOWS
caused an invalid, etc. At least once or twice a day everything freezes
and I have to turn off my HP Pavilion 8280 PC by pushing the button on the
computer. I have read that it is not good for the computer to shut it off
this way. Do any of you have any suggestions?? Ann
