Gerald, I have worked on my pronlem several hours today, and I am still
having this
problem. I switched from Communicator 4.5 to Internet explorer as my
browser, and
my computer still freezes up about every 45 minutes and I have to switch it
off by
hand. I haven't been able to follow your instructions because I can't get
through
Instruction #1---""Launch Find Files or Folders and locate the file. Right
click on
the file and select PROPERTIES. Click the VERSION tab and check the file
version
listed." I don't know what file I am looking for. I tried the WINDOWS file,
but
that wouldn't work, as no PREFERENCES came up. Please make this a little
bit
clearer for me. Is it possible that I have a vir*s and don't know it?
