Ann......SFC is the System File Checker that is part of Windows 98......to
see what it does, go to Start>Run and type SFC
it's a utility that lets you check to see which of your Windows system files
have been changed, deleted, etc.....I suggest you don't run it unless you
are having a particular problem since it sometimes causes more problems than
it fixes.....so, be cautious
