I think we are at the point of diminishing returns. I hate to say this but
it seems that with Windows there always comes a point in software
install/removal/re-install that leaves un-removed files cluttered on the
disk drive and the only solution is a clean install of everything.
The original "Invalid Page Fault In Module . . ." error almost always
indicates a conflict with DLLs and/or executable files being the incorrect
version. This happens, almost with exception, when an install/upgrade fails
to remove all traces of a previous installation.
One last thing to try before complete new install of Windows.
MyComputer -- Control Panel -- Add/Remove Programs -- Install/Uninstall tab
Scroll and find "Microsoft Internet Explorer ..."
Click to highlight
Click Add/Remove... button
Click Repair Internet Explorer
Click OK
When done, reboot and see if IE now works properly
If so, you are done for the time being
If no, then I think it time for a clean install of Windows
