I must also echo Clint's remarks. I build systems and preload Norton exclusively, with never a problem. Then only problems I ever receive back are when the customer doesn't update regularly, but who can help that, but the user ? !!
Nav 2002 is XP compliant, but buy or install 2002 clean on XP as it requires a clean install of Nav or an uninstall of the older version (and we all know how uninstalls go!) Hope this helps.
