Yes Clint, mine has been jerky as well which normally is not a problem but 
lately with a lot of graphics tweaking on hand it has become a nuisance so 
much that I'm about to get a corded model.  BTW, my brother inlaw has a 
cordless keyboard and has had the same batteries in it for almost 9 
months.  I can just imagine this mouse with the kids computer after a few 
days they would be looking all over the house for the lost mouse ;-)
