You can save your addess bar list by exporting this reg key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs
which stores all the urls in your address bar list.
And no it's not a complete list but a very easy one to back up and you can
make a point to add your
sites to it or clean it up as you please.  Personally, I always include it
in my backups.
