APNIC is As*a Pacific Network Information Center <shudder>, of
whom is responsible for 95%+ of the email attacks (and cyber
terrorist attacks) in the world......all due to Ch*na, The
Philipp*nes, Vietn*m, & Mal*ysia, and some from Jap*n. People
that know about UCE filtering know to block APNIC IP ranges.
So, unfortunately the good people of Australia have to suffer
for the criminals in these countries since their IP range lies
within APNIC. I don't use "software", my filters are added on
my server side. I can block words, numbers, or phrases
anywhere, and block IP ranges not only for email, but for
website access as well.
