Here is what came off TechTV tonight about putting a new machine
on line for the first and how to avoid and worm.

"Leo and Patrick also recommend downloading and running
DCOMbobulator, which will check your Windows system for
distributed component object model (DCOM) vulnerabilities, then
shut them down".

You can search for that program online and down load it and put it
on a CD and use it on you new machine before putting it online
from what I understand. Also you can go to
http://www.techtv.com/screensavers/shownotes/story/0,24330,3512
009,00.html and that is Friday nights show and check this out near
the bottom of the page. It explains it there.
