Aloha Debbie, I'll make the assumption that what she has lost is the icon necessary to launch Internet Explorer... Have her do a search for 'iexplore.exe' (note the spelling) and then drag and drop it, selecting 'make shortcut here,' on the desktop. She can then rename it as desired.
