I made .pdfs from a new Word document. The bullets won't display in the .pdf no matter what font I use (Arial. Palatino). Any more thoughts? I appreciate your response; thanks.

Jeannie,
Sounds like a font issue try replacing the bullets with a font from your
system. Word 97 on it's own does not create pdfs you have to install the
full version of acrobat to be able to create pdfs, however if they only need
to create a few pdfs they could try the create pdf online at the adobe site,
I haven't used it so I can't give you any advice on it... maybe other list
members will know.

Dear PDF Expert,
I am trying to make a .pdf from a PC-created Word 97 .doc that has been
e-mailed to me as an attachment. I am opening it in the current version
of Word for the Mac. When I save it as a .pdf by using the option on
the Print menu, all the bullets disappear in the .pdf. Is there a way
to save it as a .pdf on the Mac and keep the bullet formatting?
Also, does Word 97 have the capability to save as a .pdf? My sender can't seem to find that option. Thanks for your help.
