OK, let's go back to the original requirements: cover the 35mm effective range of 24-240 (DA 16-45 and suggested DA 40-160) with two lenses. These are not my requirements, they are Alex's and I think Dario's too. On film you can almost do that with the 24-90 and the 100-300. 90-100 is useful for portraits perhaps, but in any case it's 10mm. On APS digital you currently need 3, or you have a gap of at least 45mm ((75-45)*1.5), importantly on the portraiture range (70-120mm). Kostas
