On the upload page there is a check box next to each of the input boxes.
 Just check that box if you're uploading a scanned image. If you don't
check the box, the image will be rejected because the upload script
checks for the existence of Exif info.

No.  If you load (say) two images, the next time you upload there will
only be 8 input boxes.  After a week, the number of allowed uploads is
reset to 10.

I assume so.  I haven't looked into that.  Perhaps I should.....
