Given that there appears to be no international standard for burgers that I can consult, I've had a quick look on the www, and the recipes for burgers don't seem to differ in any significant way from Pomiane's recipe for bitok. So what's your recipe for burger, and what makes Pomiane's bitok a meatloaf rather than a burger?
