Google Maps is a rather amazing tool that would have seemed like alien technology twenty years ago; maybe in another 20 years it will read your mind; in the meantime, have you tried Google Earth? you can draw routes with as many points as you want, though you may not get turn by turn instructions you should be able to easily get distance information
