"Magic Needles"...isn't that the name of a band?

Seriously though...if you want to load film in a camera with the magic
needles (not all bad) try this:

After you open the back of the camera cradle it in your left hand (the lens
would be pointing into your palm) with the door toward you.

Take the film canister in your right hand and put it in the slot.

These are small enough cameras you should be able to hold onto the canister
with the thumb of your left hand.

Put the rewind knob down with right hand.

With your left thumb still on the canister pull the film lead up and over
the plane (no poking stutters) and insert the lead straight into the
"needles".

With camera back open, thumb on canister crank the film a frame. You will
see if the lead stays in or not. Most of the time it will.

Now you can close the back...advance one more time.

Make sure the rewind knob is a little tight and the next advances that get
you to frame 1 will turn the knob.

With a little practice it's lock and load. I learned this from my old camera
store manager.

I figured I'd share since everyone else was.
