Well Bruce, using the method that Shel described, I can load a
manual load camera (it doesn't matter if it has Magic Noodles)
in somewhat less than 10 seconds, from the moment I open the
camera to the moment it is ready to shoot.
I just timed it.
This method was taught to me by the pro I mentored with as being
the fastest, and most reliable loading method he had discovered.
He was a wedding photographer, primarily, and speedy film
changes were very important to him, as was reliable film
loading.
I can see having problems loading a camera if the cassette is
already in the film bay. It is just not an intuitive way to do
the job.
