That I do appreciate as I still use my LX bodies but both are fitted
with SE-60 screens which are full matte and still allow precision
focus across the entire surface of the screen, I also have the full
complement of interchangeable finders. As I said nothing Pentax has
comes close these days (the 645D included).

Actually the LX metering was quite advanced and still is mode capable
at low light metering than virtually all current camera systems, you
picked a bad example :)

I don't think so, as systems advance some things become resolved and
are thereafter good enough, take time to initialize and shutter lag
for instance, these now are rarely commented upon but used to be
issues of consideration.
