Nor did I particularly, Bipin. More critical for me is the loss of focus inherent in the focus-and-recompose method. I use it and it's fine at f/8 for example, but not at f/1.4 and is iffy in between depending on the circumstances. For myself, with really fast-paced motion I switch to manual focus and rely on dumb luck to get a few in focus.
