I have the Intuos Creative version, simpler and cheaper than the Pro. I use it to make precise selections when the various PS tools fail to do it automagically for me. It has a lot more precision than a mouse, and it's also useful with the healing brush, dodging / burning. The Pro has better resolution, and adds more features that I don't need.
