Almost. The grips for the K-7 & K-5 are the same, but they don’t quite fit the K-3. The K-3 grip is just different enough to require buying a new one. It is functionally the same, with no room for the remote.

I've found that the double slots work well for JPEG & RAW. It's a little too slow for rapid shooting, but great for immediate sending images. So most of the time I have non-identical twin images.

That's right. The K-7, K-5 and K-3 all share the same model grip.
However, it would be nice if there were room for two spare SD cards in
the grip since the K-3 has two card slots. I tend to set my K-3 to
write to both cards (to have a backup) instead of filling the cards in
sequence.

I have three of the Remote F. The oldest one I purchased right after I

one could live in each of the battery grips for the K10D and the K20D.
I've never had trouble with any of them except when the battery died.

My only disappointment related to the remote came when I received the
grip for the K-5 and it didn't have the place to store the remote. I
know that some think it's nice to have the option to use "AA"
batteries again, but I don't see the need for those when the
rechargeable lithiums work so well and weigh less. I'd rather have the
option to store the card.

Same with the K-3, no place to store the remote in the battery grip.

At least it still has a place to store an extra SD card.
