we have 2 99SE licenses and 1 upgrade of DXP on the shelf

we are happy enough with 99SE and don't want to spend the big bucks for a second DXP license

win2k works fine for us as well and from the little i've used WINXP, it seems a bit dumbed down, so i'm not real keen to make that move either

OTOH, i know this cannot be dragged out forever either

so at some point will probably follow your footsteps
