Hi, Matt! I think Don included all those other pieces because of the very
open-mindedness we have been talking about. But I do think he leant towards
the idea that hermeneutics and his own brand of libertarianism were
affine. We both agreed that democracy and hermeneutics were complementary,
but in Don's thinking democracy was joined at the hip with free markets
- and here we parted ways.

and hermeneutics that included work that drew on hermeneutics by people
coming from a variety of economic perspectives. Heilbroner is in it,
there are some institutionalists, etc. I know that doesn't rule out the
