Yes, that would be great as a foundation for the privacy discussion. You should add material about surveillance. If you're willing, I suggest you "flip" it as in flipping education: when you think the deck is ready, send it out, have a bit of discussion in lieu of presentation, and then have a real discussion of it at the BOF. You would be revealing it earlier than planned but not too much earlier.
