I'm surprized UPS(OOPS), even let that be shipped like that. Our local OOPS is 
rather stringent about packaging. They denied the claim but then turned around 
and said it wasn't their problem as it wasn't packaged properly? 
Hmmmmmmmmm..........perhaps a call to the AG's office???

That's a horror show to be sure. Looks like someone just put it into  
an oversized box with no packing/padding?

Maybe Aflac will cover it?
