There are quite a few phono/record collectors on FB. My problem is that between them, my military buds, work associates, family, etc., it becomes a mish-mash of eclectic stuff. On the other hand, I've talked to folks that I lost track of years ago. As Ron said, it can be a real time sucker.
One thing that really annoyed me about FB is that it initially wants to email you every single time someone comments on a post that either you made or commented on. Then there are all the games... every time someone buys a duck for their virtual farm, you'll find out about it. Fortunately, you can turn off the emails and hide the game stuff - once you figure it all out.
