Hello Lester

Thank you for your work.

As you may know you can set the website up locally following 2 simple
steps (git clone, and php -S), see the README:
https://github.com/php/web-php/

This should help you reproducing this locally.
(or you can run the website on an external server, or vm, .., if php
-S is not an option)

I am very confused why you say you are having issues with
wiki.php.net.. There is explicitly not even a single css line running
on wiki.php.net from bootstrap.
qa.php.net, snaps.php.net, wiki.php.net, people.php.net, ... none of
them have any bootstrap elements at all.

So if you are having issues both on www.php.net and other sub pages
then we have a deeper problem and it would be great if you could use
your expertise to figure it out.

I've got to try earning the last dollars now before bringing taking my
wife to the delivery room.
I know I leave this issue in the best hands possible. Here from you soon!

-Hannes
