Hi,
Anxienty is common to prolatinoma.  There is a lot of info about that around.  If you go to the "All Message Boards" link of the home site of Pituitary Chat, scroll down to the "Crazy Emotions with Prolactionoma-Studies" link.  This will give you a little bit of info.  I suffered from anxienty, hostility and irritability for years.  If she does indeed have a prolactinoma, getting treated should help these symptoms (it did me.)  To my knowledge, a tumor can shirnk with treatment, but not go away, and can come back when treatment is stopped.  I agree with Minnee, she may need to see an endo doc who know prolactionomas.  Good luck,
